Acetochlor Formulations Labeled on Sweet Corn

Dow received EPA approval for the preplant, preplant incorporated, and preemergence use of acetochlor (Surpass and TopNotch) and the atrazine premixtures (FulTime, Keystone LA, and Keystone) on sweet corn (supplemental labels on cdms.net).

First generation European corn borer egg hatch has begun with confirmed feeding reports in corn plants in southern Wisconsin. Krista Hamilton, WI DATCP Pest Survey, reported egg hatch on June 8th.
