North Central Weed Science Society Meeting

The annual meeting of the North Central Weed Science Society will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee this December 12-14.  While you may think that professional meetings won’t have information of interest to you, I think you would be surprised about this meeting.  It has practical weed management research information on Midwest field crops and three excellent symposia (invasive weeds on Weds and Thurs., glyphosate resistance on Tues., and adjuvants on Weds.).  There is also a “What’s new in industry” session on Wednesday afternoon.  Perhaps the best way to see if the meeting has information that would be of interest to you is to check out the program which has recently been posted on the society web site at http://www.ncwss.org/.  With the meeting in our back yard, this is a great opportunity to attend this meeting. Special note: The pre-registration deadline has just been extended to November 20^th so you still have a few days to capture these savings.
