Cutting Edge Soil Fertility Information at the North Central Extension-Industry Soil Fertility Conference

If you are interested in learning more about emerging soil fertility research and hot topics in the North Central Region, you should attend the 38th North Central Extension-Industry Soil Fertility Conference in Des Moines, IA on November 12 and 13. The feature presentations at this conference include: Impact of biofuel crops on U.S. agriculture; Biomass removal: Effects on soil nutrients and productivity; World fertilizer supply/demand situation; Strategies for development and management of nutrient use efficient crops; Protocols/programs for conducting on-farm research/discovery; and Biochars and soil productivity. There will also be numerous state research reports and posters. This conference gives you the opportunity to not only learn new information that you can use in your business, but also provides the opportunity for you to interact with soil fertility specialists from numerous universities and industry.
