It is presented by the University of Wisconsin-Madison & Extension Nutrient & Pest Management Program, UW-Madison Department of Soil Science, UW-Platteville School of Agriculture, WI Dept. Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection, USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service, and WI Dept. Natural Resources.
