Weed scientists at the University of Wisconsin represent a variety of interests from the basics of weed physiology and herbicide mode of action to applied weed management in several cropping systems.

Research topics include basic weed biology, herbicide resistance, cultural weed management practices including crop rotation and tillage, and chemical weed control. Herbicide fate in the environment is also a component of Wisconsin's research program.

For each of the categories listed to the left, abstracts of publications are available and contain citations where the articles may be found in their entirety.
