Federal Certification Request Form for Tribal Lands ... (250.2 KB)
If you apply Restricted Use Pesticides on Tribal Lands, you must be Certified through the Federal System. If you are a certified applicator in the state, then you can apply for a federal certification. If you are not, then you have to take the EPA's course and go through their certification process.
